Lost in the rapid development of the twentieth century in safety and occupational health, environment and security procedures in the industrial and service sectors in Arab countries, particularly in facing crises, the importance of security and industrial safety was the major priority for governments, institutions and companies which aimed at protecting the lives of their employees and visitors in the work sites and analyzing the gap between the current situation of the companies and the international standards .

In addition to securing the work of the members of the Security and industrial safety teams from dangers while doing their duties in their work sites, As a result a team of Arab experts and academics established the first training specialist centre which was named AREX for integrated solutions in the fields of consultancy and training in safety, occupational health, environment and security fields based on the highest global standards in this domain through exclusive agreement with Red Rock community College (RRCC) Rock Mountain education Center .

AREX is the leading provider of Safety Training, Solutions and Consulting Services operating in Dubai and extending throughout the GCC countries and the Middle East. Our principal activities include HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Training, local, national and international training & consulting services.

Established recently in Jan 2007, Arex provides training and education services in (OSH) for federal and state compliance officers, state consultants, other federal agency personnel, and the private sector.

AREX is a Scientific Centre established to cover the need of developing skills in management and prepare the future leaders specially in safety and training department and protecting the work environment (HSSE) in the GCC, in which we present a package of newly American programs focusing on safety in industries in English as well as Arabic backed by the Ministry of Health and Safety in the US government to increase the level of awareness and prepare the staff in case of any accidents and protect them from danger. These programs are called the US  programs.

Our trainers are experienced in job-site, safety–related occupation and have real-world experience covering every safety related occupation. The experts in AREX based in Dubai – trustworthy from US - provide training according to the course outline, hours required, level of education assigned by the American organization and also assigning trainers from Middle East and evaluating them since the outcome/result should be equivalent to the Health and Safety skills in the US federal government. 

We train on safety, health and industrial hygiene in the manufacturing, construction, and service sectors about trends, management strategies to help them provide safe and healthy work sites.

Workers and employers need to be made aware of the risks that they face, and how to manage them, particularly those working in the Construction Industry. That is why programs like HSE (Health, Safety/Security and Environment) at work and other work-related programs is set-up to create awareness and to be more cautious.

Located in Dubai Airport Free Zone, we have a dedicated staff of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), communication and administrative specialists.  We share good practice, and communicate information in a variety of ways to reach workers and workplaces. We also provide information on our website, via our electronic newsletter and in a range of printed publications.

And we look out for risks which may only be emerging, due to the fast pace of change in the workplace. In order to achieve this, it will give an overview of safety and health at work, describe the trends and underlying factors, and anticipate changes in work and their likely consequences for safety and health

So staying SAFE and ALERT doesn’t slow the job down and is a value applied in every work aspect.
